House on fire 165 Mill Rd. Initial dispatch for a structure fire. GPD on scene reporting a fire in the house. 2C257 on scene confirming fire in the house with fire showing from the "B" "C" corner of a single story house with everyone out of the structure.

E276, E273, E274, E277, R278 (BFD 223 &226 RIC) (RRFD 250 & 257 extra unit 270 out of service for PM)
276 stretched 1 3/4" line, 273 secured water supply at Place One Dr. & Mill Rd to 276, 274 Stretched backup line and conducted search, RRFD provided horizontal ventilation, BFD RIC duties, and 277 & 278 provided support services including overhaul and rehab. Fire confined to room of orgin and minor extension to outside soffits and siding. Utilities secured and overhaul of fire area to confirm fire extinguishment. NGFD assisted MCFB with investigation assistance. 1 resident transported by GVA for smoke inhilation and burns.
360 immediatley determined fire area and IC in place and controlled throughout incident.
Extremely narrow hallway and turns accessing bedroom fire area.
Enough resources on initial dispatch with RIC and extra unit if needed.
Crew integrity and accountability was handled very well. off duty FF and POV responses checked in with command or responded on equipment from firehouse.
crew prepared for fire allowed for a timely strech and advance of handline without waiting for crews to assemble or finish getting dressed. Crews performed correct tasks in a timely manner
basic firefighting skills handled very well. advancing lines, water supply, back up line and search all completed
arrived on scene and assisted with support services overhaul, and final extinguishment
set up rehab area, SCBA filling station, and also crew of 3 FF monitored air conditions and also assisted with overhaul
set up for ladder placement (270 OOS for PM) conducted horizontal ventilation and prepared for vertical ventilation if necessary.

initial fire attack with 1 3/4" handline through front door to fire area in "B" "C" bedroom. contained fire to room of origin, checked for extension and overhauled fire area
secured water at Place one Dr. and Mill Rd. driver assisted with securing water to 276, FF assisted 276 crew with initial fire attack on bedroom. EMT assisted with outside exterior duties after making hydrant
stretched 2nd 1 3/4" handline from 276 and provided backup line and primary search of 1st floor living room and kitchen area. also checked basement for extension and utilities
