Creating a Training Scenario

Specifying the Training Scenario Information

  1. In the Dashboard page, click +Create New Report.
    1. The +Create New Report sub-menu appears.

  2. Click Training Scenario.
    1. You will be directed to the New Training Scenario page.

    Specifying the Scenario Name

  3. Specify the Training Scenario Information section.
  4. In the Name field, enter the name of the training.
  5. Select the Make Report Private? checkbox to make this report private.

  6. In the Training Hours field, enter the number of training hours this training scenario requires.
  7. In the Description field, enter a brief description of this training.

  8. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and click Save Report or continue adding training scenario details.

Adding Tasks

  1. Scroll down to the Tasks section.
  2. Click Add a Task.
    1. Additional fields will be activated.

  3. Specify the Tasks details.
  4. In the Order field, enter ordinal number of the task.

  5. In the Task field, enter the task that the trainee should perform.
  6. You can add multiple tasks by clicking the Add a Taskbutton and repeat the process.
    1. Note : to delete a unit, click the Delete icon.
  7. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and click Save Report or continue adding training scenario details.

Creating Maps

Training Scenarios with visual guides enhances efficiency in training as these guides provide additional insights. Most individuals learn from visual representation and with scenario mapping, trainings will be conveyed in more comprehensive manner. See the Mapping Tool Guide for more information.

Adding Images

  1. Scroll down to the Images section.

  2. Click Add an Image.
    1. Additional fields will be activated.
  3. In the File field, click the Browse button to upload an image.
    1. The File Location window opens.

  4. Select the image to be uploaded and click Open.
  5. In the Name field, enter the name of the image.
  6. In the Description field, enter the image's description.

  7. You can add multiple images by clicking the Add an imageicon again and repeat the process.
  8. To delete an image, click the Delete button.
    1. The activated fields and the contents will be deleted.
  9. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and click Save Report or continue adding plan details.

Adding Documents

  1. Scroll down to the Documents section.
  2. Click Add Document.
    1. Additional fields will be activated.

  3. In the File field, click the Browse button to upload a document.
    1. The File Location window opens.
  4. Select the document to be uploaded and click Open.

  5. In the Description field, enter the document's description.
  6. You can add multiple documents by clicking the Add Documenticon again and repeat the process.
  7. To delete a document, click the Delete icon.
    1. The activated fields and the contents will be deleted.
  8. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and click Save Report.

Viewing the Training Scenario

  1. In the Dashboard, click the Training Scenarios tab.
    1. The Training Scenariostab opens.

  2. In the Training Scenariostab, select a report on the list.
    1. The selected scenario opens.

  3. To edit the plan, click the Edit button.
  4. To share the plan, click the Share button.

Editing the Training Scenario

  1. Select an existing Training Scenario.
    1. The existing Training Scenario opens.
  2. Click the Edit button.
    1. The Edit Training Scenario page opens.

  3. Edit each field if necessary.
  4. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and click Save Report after editing.

    1. Changes will be saved.

Scenario Preview

  1. After editing the selected Training Scenarioview the edited version by clicking the View button.
    1. The edited version of the selected Training Scenario opens.

Share the Scenario

  1. Select an existing Training Scenario report.
    1. The selected Training Scenario opens.
  2. Click the Share button.
    1. The Share this Report window opens.

  3. Select the checkbox of the contact/s you intend to share the report with.
  4. Click Share Report.
    1. The scenario will be shared with the selected contact/s.

Duplicate the Scenario

  1. Select an existing Training Scenario.
    1. The selected Training Scenario opens.
  2. Click Edit.
    1. You will be directed to the Training Scenario page.

  3. Click the Duplicate button.
    1. The Duplicate this Report window opens.

  4. In the Name field, enter desired name of the duplicate copy.
  5. In the Copy as field, click the drop down arrow to select the preferred copy type.
  6. Click Duplicate Report.

    1. The Plan will be duplicated.
